Swingers clubs in Sweden

This page aims to give you a simple overview of swingers clubs in Sweden. All the clubs have real, physical locations. Swinging is a main activity at every place on the list.

For each club, you will find:

• The address, or at least the general area if the address is private.
• The club’s website.
• Who can join (couples, single men, single women, or others).
• What days they are open.
• The dress code.
• If they serve alcohol.
• If people from other countries can visit.
• If you need special approval to get in.
• Anything else that is special about the club.

Most of the information comes from swingers websites and online services. I have tried to check that everything is correct. Still, some details might change or need to be checked with the club itself. These places value privacy, so some details, like addresses, might not be public.

All clubs listed here are open as of June 2025. I have not included hotel events, private home parties, or places that are closed for good. Some clubs also have BDSM activities, but they are only in this guide if swinging happens there often.

Tip: Always check the club’s website or contact them before you go. Rules and opening times can change. If the address is not public, I give you the area instead.

If you come across old online references to “VIP Room” in Oslo, be aware that this was a swingers club that was closed down many years ago. It no longer exists. The same goes for the fetish club Cat People and the gentlemen’s club Lamour—both are also permanently closed.

Finding Norwegian Swingers Online

As a visiting foreigner, the (by far) best, most efficient, and convenient way to find swingers in Norway is online. The largest swinging platform with the highest number of active members in Norway is SpicyMatch. While there are a few other swinger platforms with Norwegian users, SpicyMatch stands out both for its strong Norwegian presence and for its international reach.

We highly recommend exploring Norway’s online swinger community first, whether or not you plan to visit a club during your stay.

Note this about Norwegian Swingers Clubs and Alcohol!

Currently, none of the swingers clubs in Norway hold a liquor license. However, they do allow guests to bring their own alcoholic beverages and are usually helpful in storing your drinks, often in a fridge behind the bar. Some clubs also offer soft drinks and snacks for sale, but they do not serve alcohol.

Although it is permitted to bring alcohol, it’s wise to reflect on how alcohol affects both the atmosphere and the dynamics in a sexual and social setting. A swingers club is a place where respect, communication, and consent are absolutely fundamental. Being under the influence of alcohol reduces your ability to read other people’s signals and to clearly express your own boundaries. It also increases the risk of misunderstandings or boundary violations.

Therefore, most clubs encourage moderation, and many have a zero-tolerance policy toward guests who are visibly intoxicated. In some cases, you may be denied entry or asked to leave if the staff judges that you have had too much to drink, both for your own safety and for the well-being of others.

If you are unsure about your own judgment or memory after consuming alcohol, it might be wise to take a break from sexual activities and instead enjoy the social aspects of the club.
