On this page we list pages that each give you a short introduction to a Swedish city, a bit of general swinging advice, and lets you know if there is a swingers club in that city.

If you’d rather go right ahead and get the full list of Swedish swinger clubs you would do best by going here.

We also have a complete list of Norwegian swinger clubs.

Swingers clubs in Sweden

This page aims to give you a simple overview of swingers clubs in Sweden. All the clubs have real, physical locations. Swinging is a main activity at every place on the list.

Swinger clubs in sweden: Swedish flag and a red shaded swingers club

For each club, you will find:

  • The address, or at least the general area if the address is private.
  • The club’s website.
  • Who can join (couples, single men, single women, or others).
  • What days they are open.
  • The dress code.
  • If they serve alcohol.
  • If people from other countries can visit.
  • If you need special approval to get in.
  • Anything else that is special about the club.

Most of the information comes from swingers websites and online services. I have tried to check that everything is correct. Still, some details might change or need to be checked with the club itself. These places value privacy, so some details, like addresses, might not be public.

All clubs listed here are open as of June 2025. I have not included hotel events, private home parties, or places that are closed for good. Some clubs also have BDSM activities, but they are only in this guide if swinging happens there often.

Tip: Always check the club’s website or contact them before you go. Rules and opening times can change. If the address is not public, I give you the area instead.

Recommended: Find swingers in Sweden ONLINE

The absolute best way to find swingers in Stockholm is by joining huge international platforms like SpicyMatch and SDC (Swingers Date Club). Both sites are very popular among Swedish couples (and singles). These platforms have hundreds of active users in the area. New people are joining all the time.

You’ll find real couples and singles who are genuinely interested in meeting others. You get access to local events, private parties, and online chat rooms. If you’re completely new, you can also read about others’ experiences and ask questions in the forums. You can scroll profiles until your fingers fall off, or filter by city, interest, and type of relationship.

No matter which swedish swingers club you plan to attend, I recommend that you first start out at either SpicyMatch or SDC. Most likely you’ll find someone else that is going to the same club. Often it can be nice to meet up beforehand, and then go to the club together. Feels safer, and it gives you better odds of having a very nice evening.

Swingers in Oslo 2025: Introduction and tips

If you’re curious about the swingers scene in Oslo, the «Tiger City» (Tigerstaden) offers a reasonably diverse range of options for adults who want to explore swinging. Whether you’re a beginner, or experienced. In Oslo, you’ll find an established club, hundreds of people on digital platforms, and relaxing venues that can easily be included as part of an erotic weekend. Welcome to Oslo!

[Norwegian version of this page]

These are the best digital meeting places for finding swingers in Oslo

In addition to a physical club, there are several digital platforms where you can connect with like-minded people in the Oslo area:

SpicyMatch: A global swingers platform where you can find events and members in Oslo. SpicyMatch has the largest user base in Norway, so you’re likely to find the most potential play partners here. The platform is available both as a website and as an app on Apple’s App Store and Google Play Store.

SDC (Swingers Date Club): An international platform with many Norwegian members. If you’re planning a trip to the U.S., this is the largest app for swinging over there.

Lyst-Club: A Norwegian dating site for liberated couples and singles looking for swinging, partner swapping, and casual sex. Lyst-Club is locally owned and run by passionate enthusiasts. This site is in Norwegian language only, so for swingers not speaking our native language, the other two platforms would be a better choice.

Are you new to the swinging scene?
In that case, we highly recommend starting with one of these websites before heading to a club. Not only is it easier to meet people online, but you’ll also gain valuable insight into how other swingers think, what they’re looking for, and what’s considered acceptable behaviour etc. Even a free, no-strings-attached account gets you started.

Club Fantasy Oslo: The capital’s one and only swingers club

Oslo has one active swingers club: Club Fantasy Oslo, located in Sandvika, just 20 minutes from the city center.
The club offers a safe and inclusive environment for couples and singles who want to explore swinging. With modern facilities and regular events, it’s a popular choice for many.

For more detailed information about swingers clubs in Norway, (including Club Fantasy Oslo), you can visit our overview of swingers clubs in Norway.

Note:
If you come across old online references to “VIP Room” in Oslo, be aware that this was a swingers club that was closed down many years ago. It no longer exists. The same goes for the fetish club Cat People and the gentlemen’s club Lamour—both are also permanently closed.

Combine a swinging weekend with relaxation: Visit «The Well» (spa)

For a relaxing experience, you can visit The Well, the largest spa in the Nordics, located just 15 minutes from downtown Oslo.
With 10,500 m² of pools, saunas, and wellness treatments, it’s the perfect place to recharge before or after an evening in the swingers scene. Please note that The Well has strict rules against sexual activity, and we believe it’s important to respect these in order to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all guests.

That said, we’ve heard that this hasn’t stopped The Well from being a popular spot among the country’s swingers…

The Well offers pools where nude bathing is optional.
In line with continental spa traditions, nudity is natural and accepted, though not mandatory. The Well also provides unisex saunas, and all their saunas and steam rooms are open to all genders. This aligns with The Well’s philosophy of natural nudity and the European spa culture, where shared saunas are common.

Or maybe some BDSM?

Oslo BDSM often hosts events on Fridays (and occasionally on other days) for those interested in that scene.
Oslo BDSM has its own venue, known as Nonna. Events are announced on the kink platform Fetlife.

Experience the rest of Oslo

If you’re visiting Oslo, there are plenty of activities and places that can easily be combined with a weekend in the swingers scene:

Cultural experiences:
Visit the Oslo Opera House, the Munch Museum, or take a walk along the Akerselva river.

Food and drink:
Enjoy gourmet dining at restaurants like Maaemo, or have a more relaxed dinner at Aker Brygge.

Nightlife:
Explore the city’s bars and clubs. The nightclub/bar Blaze Go-Go Bar may be an option if you enjoy strip shows. Note that the venue has a 25-year age limit.

Ready to explore?

As Norway’s largest city, Oslo offers a wide and diverse swingers scene for those who are curious. Whether you prefer physical clubs, digital platforms, or a combination of both, there’s always a way to meet other horny and like-minded people. Just remember to respect other, stated boundaries, and to enjoy your experiences in a safe and responsible way.

Finding Norwegian Swingers Online

As a visiting foreigner, the (by far) best, most efficient, and convenient way to find swingers in Norway is online. The largest swinging platform with the highest number of active members in Norway is SpicyMatch. While there are a few other swinger platforms with Norwegian users, SpicyMatch stands out both for its strong Norwegian presence and for its international reach.

We highly recommend exploring Norway’s online swinger community first, whether or not you plan to visit a club during your stay.

Note this about Norwegian Swingers Clubs and Alcohol!

Currently, none of the swingers clubs in Norway hold a liquor license. However, they do allow guests to bring their own alcoholic beverages and are usually helpful in storing your drinks, often in a fridge behind the bar. Some clubs also offer soft drinks and snacks for sale, but they do not serve alcohol.

Although it is permitted to bring alcohol, it’s wise to reflect on how alcohol affects both the atmosphere and the dynamics in a sexual and social setting. A swingers club is a place where respect, communication, and consent are absolutely fundamental. Being under the influence of alcohol reduces your ability to read other people’s signals and to clearly express your own boundaries. It also increases the risk of misunderstandings or boundary violations.

Therefore, most clubs encourage moderation, and many have a zero-tolerance policy toward guests who are visibly intoxicated. In some cases, you may be denied entry or asked to leave if the staff judges that you have had too much to drink, both for your own safety and for the well-being of others.

If you are unsure about your own judgment or memory after consuming alcohol, it might be wise to take a break from sexual activities and instead enjoy the social aspects of the club.

This page contains content in the English language from the Norwegian sexual health and wellness website www.snakkomsex.no. The website provides helpful information, resources, and tips related to sexual health and wellness, primarily in Norwegian language, but also some in English language.
